Fully BenefittedJob DetailsPosition Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in litigation, a strong work ethic, and a passion for advocacy. You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, handling all aspects of litigation, and working closely with senior attorneys on complex matters.Key Responsibilities:Manage and litigate a variety of cases, including commercial, civil, and corporate disputesConduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefsPrepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and trialsEngage in client communications and strategy developmentCollaborate with senior attorneys on case preparation and legal strategiesNegotiate settlements and attend mediation sessions when necessaryStay current with developments in litigation and legal trendsQualifications:J.D. from an accredited law school and active state bar membership in PA5-10 years of litigation (insurance defense/workers' compensation) experience in a law firm or equivalent settingStrong legal research, writing, and analytical skillsExcellent oral and written communication abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsExperience in discovery, motions, and trial preparation is preferredProven ability to work independently and as part of a teamInterested in hearing more?
