This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented individual to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal industry, with a strong emphasis on commercial real estate transactions. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice and services to clients, as well as representing them in negotiations and court proceedings.Why join us?Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, development, and operations. Review, draft, and negotiate various types of real estate agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, development agreements, and loan documents. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on the potential legal implications of various real estate transactions and strategies. Represent clients in negotiations with opposing parties, in court proceedings, and in front of regulatory bodies. Collaborate with other members of the legal team to develop and implement effective legal strategies that align with clients' business objectives.Job DetailsQualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing attorney, with a significant focus on commercial real estate transactions. Admitted to practice law in the state.
