Great company culture!Job DetailsResponsibilities: Perform daily maintenance and troubleshoot production and packaging equipment Repair and rebuild mechanical systems and components Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance tasks Support and train operators on mechanical systems and equipment Work on systems such as extruders, dryers, cartoners, baggers, palletizers, HVAC, chillers, boilers, and more Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve recurring issues Maintain facility utilities like compressed air and thermal fluid systems Follow safety protocols and complete documentation for maintenance activitiesWhat you need for this position: High school diploma or GED plus one of the following: associate degree in a technical field or has completed an apprenticeship in a mechanical/electrical trade 2+ years of hands-on maintenance or mechanical experience Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints (preferred) Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment (preferred) Excellent teamwork and communication skillsInterested in hearing more?
