Manage the firm's master calendar using Compulaw, ensuring all deadlines, court dates, and appointments are accurately recorded and updated regularly.2. Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and other staff to ensure all litigation deadlines are met.3. Assist with docketing, including entering new cases into the system, updating case information, and closing out completed cases.4. Review and verify legal documents and correspondence for accuracy and compliance with court rules and regulations.5. Communicate with courts, clients, and other parties as needed to confirm dates and deadlines.6. Provide administrative support to the legal team, including preparing meeting materials, organizing files, and assisting with other tasks as needed.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a law firm or legal department.2. Proficiency in using Compulaw for calendaring and docketing is preferred.3. Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court rules and procedures, and litigation deadlines.4. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.5. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in legal documents and correspondence.6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, courts, and other parties.7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.8. A proactive approach to work, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative to ensure deadlines are met.9.
