Together, we continually refine the construction process, finding greater efficiency and enhancing quality from start to finish.More importantly, we do it all while staying true to who we are and our commitment to exceeding client expectations regardless of the size and complexity of the project.Why join us?Comprehensive Benefit Package Industry leading compensation and bonus structure! 401K with Match Educational Reimbursement ProgramsExciting and Dynamic Project ListsContinuous Backlog -We are Growing Strong Commitment to Excellence Work-Life BalanceJob DetailsEssential FunctionsCoordinate on-site construction services and activities; supervise subcontractors, inspect workers for performance and safety practices.Thoroughly understand and ensure installation is correct per project plans, specifications, RFI"s, and any applicable building and safety codes.Ensure complete and accurate documentation, including the development of as-built drawings.Update Project Managers and clients on build-out progress throughout the project, as well as, field challenges, technical queries, etc.Able to identify and solve problems on-site efficiently and effectively.Maintain positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers and all employees.Promote job site safety.Experience/Requirements5+ years of Commercial Construction experience required -Experience in Public works (K12) 5+ years" experience in a construction supervisory role.OSHA Certified, First Aid, and CPR Certified (or ability to obtain within 1 month of employment).Must be authorized to work in the US and able to be cleared to access government facilities.Must present the ability to:Demonstrate a positive attitude and be punctual.Take initiative and seek responsibility.Have a leadership mentality.Understand and know how to prioritize tasks/time management.8.
