This person will serve as the go-to for managing the lifecycle of product claims, coordinating with legal and internal teams, and maintaining internal controls for IP and contract compliance. What You"ll Do:Product Claims Management Oversee intake, investigation, and resolution of product liability claims Gather supporting documentation including specs, warranty info, and customer feedback Work closely with legal counsel, QA, and product teams to resolve and prevent future issues Coordinate settlements and responses with outside counsel and insurance carriers Maintain accurate records and generate reporting on trends and financial impactContract & Trademark Compliance Track and monitor active contracts to ensure alignment with internal standards Maintain organized contract database with obligations, deadlines, and key milestones Support internal teams in staying ahead of renewals and compliance benchmarksCross-Functional Collaboration Liaise with departments including legal, procurement, marketing, and R&D Act as point of contact for external legal and insurance partners Help evolve internal compliance programs and communicationWhat You Bring: Deep knowledge of product liability claims process and resolution strategy Experience with contracts and IP/trademark monitoring Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills 10+ years in claims administration; IP/contracts exposure is a plusSuccess in This Role Looks Like: Prompt and cost-effective claim resolution Solid contract and trademark tracking processes Strong compliance culture across teamsInterested in hearing more?
