The candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:1. Provide high-quality administrative support to our consulting team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reports, and document preparation.2. Serve as the first point of contact for clients, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and professionalism.3. Manage and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and special events, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.4. Collaborate with team members across various departments, contributing to the overall success of our projects.5. Maintain and organize digital files, databases, and client records, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.6. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve administrative issues promptly.7. Exhibit excellent multitasking abilities by managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.Qualifications:1. Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, or similar role, preferably within a consulting environment.2. Exceptional customer service skills and a professional demeanor at all times.3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members at all levels.4. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.5. Superior multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail.6. Proven team player, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across various departments.7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with administrative software.8.
