The paralegal will also assist private and public company clients with some aspects of stock incentive program administration including state and federal securities law compliance. 4+ years of experience in the areas of securities and/or general corporate law. Ideally Venture Capital experience and/or AmLaw Corporate experience. Excellent interpersonal, written (grammar, spelling, format) and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization and demonstrate a team-oriented work style. Ability to effectively handle shifting priorities and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Interested in hearing more?
