Base salary: $80,000 – $110,000 • Per diem (if traveling) • Performance bonuses • Full benefits package, including: • Medical, dental, and vision coverage • 401(k) with company match • Paid time off and holidays • Professional development opportunitiesJob DetailsYour Role • Assist the Lead Superintendent with daily jobsite coordination and scheduling • Help manage subcontractor activity, deliveries, and inspections • Monitor safety practices and ensure compliance with OSHA standards • Track progress, document field activities, and support quality control efforts • Participate in project meetings, reporting, and conflict resolution • Learn and grow toward eventually running your own projects?Requirements • 3–5 years of construction experience, ideally with multifamily or mixed-use projects • Ground-up construction experience required • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Strong familiarity with construction plans, specs, and field technology (Procore a plus) • Local to the South Bend area preferred, but not required • OSHA 30 certification is a plusInterested in hearing more?
