In this role, you will be at the forefront of our customer service operations, ensuring all aftersales services are executed efficiently and effectively. This is a permanent position offering a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your efforts will directly impact our customer satisfaction and company growth. This position will be working in office in the Oshawa area with 20% travel to customer sites. Responsibilities:As a Regional Service Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:1. Overseeing all aftersales operations, ensuring that all processes and activities align with company standards and customer expectations.2. Providing technical guidance and support to customers as the primary point of contact after the sale, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.3. Oversee and coordinate maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting services for equipment.4. Ensure the timely delivery of spare parts and accessories, coordinate with team to manage the inventory to meet customer demands.5. Coordinate routine and emergency repairs and ensure that downtime is minimized 6. Developing and implementing strategies for effective upselling, promoting additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.7. Leading the design, execution, and monitoring of preventative maintenance programs, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of our products.8. Collaborating with the sales, production, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience.9. Analyzing aftersales and customer service data and metrics, identifying trends, and making strategic recommendations for improvement.10. Conducting regular training and development sessions for the service team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Qualifications:The ideal candidate for the Regional Service Manager position will have the following qualifications:1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial equipment industry.2. Proven expertise in aftersales support and technical guidance.3. Strong experience in upselling and preventative maintenance.4. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members at all levels.6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.7.
