You'll manage sales activities, support channel partners, and drive growth in critical environment markets like healthcare, research, education, and technology. This role requires close collaboration with reps and internal teams, along with significant regional travel.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with corporate objectives. Set performance goals, forecast sales, and monitor market trends to anticipate client needs. Recruit, onboard, and manage sales representatives within the territory. Support reps in business development activities, project bidding, and closing key opportunities. Analyze market data and sales performance metrics to drive informed decision-making. Lead presentations, trade shows, and client meetings to promote products and expand brand presence. Ensure smooth communication between territory teams and internal departments. Oversee regional budgets, expenses, and sales reporting. Collaborate cross-functionally to support product training, marketing initiatives, and client support strategies.Qualifications: Bachelor"s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 4–10 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within HVAC, critical environment, or building technologies sectors. Strong background in sales leadership, channel management, and customer relationship development. Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills.
