Files and maintains electronic and non-electronic case files. Opens and closes case files. Retrieves information as requested from records, files, and other related documents prepares written summaries of data when needed. Schedules meetings, conferences, and depositions maintains attorneys" calendars with appointments, court appearances, and other deadlines as requested. Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions. Performs other related duties as assigned.Requirements: 2+ years of experience in a legal administrative role. Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Excellent grammar and communication skills Knowledge of court and agency processes and procedures Exceptional client service, discretion, and judgment to ensure client confidentiality Ability to be flexible and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Proactive, organized and detail-orientedInterested in hearing more?
