Job Details: General Laborer Pay Rate: $20.55/hr Schedule: Full-time | Occasional OT | 30-minute unpaid lunch Location: Rock Hill, SC 29732 Start Date: ASAP Position Responsibilities: General Laborer Follow detailed formula sheets to mix rubber compounds for production Load/unload ingredients from pallets and lift up to 50 lbs regularly Operate equipment such as mills, extruders, mixers, and calendars Package and label finished rubber products Maintain clean and safe workstations in a non-climate-controlled environment Position Requirements: General Laborer Must pass a background check, 10-panel drug test, and Wonderlic assessment Experience in manufacturing, production, or similar industries preferred Comfortable using tools and working in physically demanding settings Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Able to stand for extended periods and work in warehouse conditions Steel-toe footwear required (PPE) Why Work With Us?
