Job DescriptionBoeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Manager to join our Cruise Missile Systems team in St. Charles, MO! This is an opportunity to manage multiple production lines within Cruise Missile Systems.This position will be exposed to mature production and production programs still going through development; will lead a team and use the Boeing Production System to drive continuous improvement, eliminate waste, and achieve targets on specific key performance indicators; will also maintain positive relationships with other teams and drive a deep understanding of the Boeing Production System principles and standards, production health, and problem solving.We are committed to providing our team equal opportunity for growth in a stable work environment.
