Great Pay: Earn up to $32/hour based upon your experience. Ideal daytime schedule : Monday-Friday 6AM-4:30PM. Duties and Responsibilities: Compute and mix paint formulas Prepare products by hanging, caulking, and performing necessary pre-paint tasks Inspect painted surfaces for coverage, gloss, and color quality Measure paint thickness and viscosity Review production schedules and estimate worker hours Interpret prints and job orders, assigning duties accordingly Adjust work procedures to meet production demands Recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, and quality Estimate and requisition paint and materials Communicate expectations, enforce policies, and manage employee performance Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Serve as a backup for the supervisor and collaborate with other leads Coordinate with department supervisors to optimize workforce and output Operate sandblast booth, paint booth, mixers, sprayers, respirators, overhead cranes, and forklifts (with training) Lift up to 50 lbs regularly, 75 lbs occasionally; stand, squat, push, pull, and wear a respirator as needed About the Company: CMC of Georgia, Inc. is both an OEM supplier and a custom metal fabricator.
