CNC Fabrication Master SchedulerA leading, Milwaukee-proud manufacturing company is seeking a talented Master Scheduler to oversee scheduling and inventory management of their CNC fabrication production schedule, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the assigned facility. Over two support schedulers, this role serves as the primary point of contact between Sales, Engineering, Logistics, and Manufacturing, ensuring seamless coordination and optimal resource allocation.Master Scheduler ResponsibilitiesThe Master Scheduler will play a critical role in production planning and inventory control, with key responsibilities including:Serving as the primary liaison for Sales, Engineering, Logistics, and Manufacturing departments.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish schedules and allocate resources efficiently.Comparing current and anticipated orders with available raw materials and forecasting demand for additional supplies.Coordinating with external vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials.Integrating sales orders into the master schedule while managing resource availability.Maintaining and revising the master distribution schedule, proactively addressing schedule changes or delays.Leading and participating in periodic forecasting meetings with Sales, Marketing, Production, and other relevant teams.Assisting in cross-training and providing backup scheduling support.Performing additional duties as needed to support operational excellence.Master Scheduler RequirementsA two-year technical degree (four-year degree preferred).5 years of experience in a similar or equivalent scheduling role, ideally within a manufacturing organization.Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.Thorough understanding of business operations and supply chain processes.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.High proficiency in production planning systems, such as MRP II.Master Scheduler Compensation and Benefits This position is onsite, and in addition to a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package is offered, including:Health, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceShort- and Long-Term DisabilityFlexible Spending Options and 401KPaid Time Off (Vacation, Sick Leave, and Paid Holidays)If you are a detail-oriented professional with strong planning and organizational skills and experience in CNC-centric production operations, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Please submit a resume for Master Scheduler for consideration.
