The company does a diverse portfolio of ground-up projects local to the area. Although, they are looking for someone with Civil, Strucural and Architechectural components for Light Industrial and Commercial builds. As a leader in the building industry, my client hires the best and provides them with outstanding opportunities for personal and professional growth in a supportive, team-orientated environment.This position is responsible for providing leadership and management to assigned projects in a safe, profitable, and timely manner. Key Responsibilities Include:Capable of Building Layout and Interpreting Construction DocumentsExcellent Communication and Problem-Solving SkillsCoordinating with Project Managers, Engineers, Building Owners, and City OfficialsBasic Computer Skills and Proficient with Microsoft Office Software (word, excel, outlook, Microsoft project, adobe)Scheduling Subcontractors and Material DeliveriesEnforcing a Safe Work Environment and Other Site ControlsKnowledge of Commercial Building Systems to oversee Quality Installations of Concrete Foundations, Structural Steel, Masonry, EFIS, EPDM Roofing, etc...Daily Reporting and Logging of Site ActivitiesAble to lift 50 lbs, trained to work 6 ft above ground in aerial platforms, and is fit to work in extreme outdoor environments.You will provide feedback to estimators for use in future bidding or negotiations, especially subcontractor performance evaluations.Competitive base salary Excellent benefits packageJumpstart your career with an industry leader.
