Duties and Responsibilities: Enforce and abide by all safety, service, and quality requirements. Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment, tools, and machinery, and oversee general maintenance when necessary. Assist the department with maintaining appropriate appearance, organization, and safety of the warehouse. Ability to perform plumbing maintenance on sink, toilets, and other items as needed. Ability to perform electrical maintenance on low voltage 110-220 singe 460-volt three phase. Ability to perform welding such as plasma cutting, gas cutting/welding, and stick welding. • Operate hoists, lifts, and other machinery. Ability to frequently use hand tools, saws, grinders, and small equipment pieces or parts. Ability to read blueprints, hydraulic, and electrical schematics. Maintain parts inventory. Maintain an adequate and organized process for all work orders generated by the departments. Must be able to responds appropriately to requests based on urgency. Completes all duties and projects assigned in a timely manner.
