CNC Machinist – Contract-to-Hire – Overtime Available - First Shift We are seeking skilled machinists with expertise in CNC Milling or CNC Lathes to join a well-established manufacturing organization specializing in custom equipment and data center infrastructure . This company has been in business for over 100 years and is currently expanding operations due to a surge in demand. Career Growth : Contract-to-hire role with long-term job stability Exciting Work : High-mix, low-volume production environment— no two days are the same Expanding Business : Strong order pipeline, including high-profile projects for top-tier tech companies Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and adjust CNC Milling or CNC Lathe machines (Mazak experience required) Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications Edit and modify G-code for part-specific adjustments Use Cam Links software to upload/download CNC programs Conduct quality checks to ensure all parts meet required tolerances and finishes Perform preventative maintenance on CNC machines Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist (2 years considered for strong candidates) Experience with Mazak CNC Machines (V550, V515, ATC40, SQT18) Proficiency in Mazatrol programming and G-code editing Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, custom job shop environment Comfortable with a contract-to-hire opportunity and overtime work Work Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Preference for candidates open to 5:00 AM – 4:30 PM shifts ) Every other Saturday is optional but preferred for extra hours This is an urgent need , and interviews will be conducted quickly.
