Employment Attorney (10 Years Experience, School District Defense)We are seeking a highly experienced Employment Attorney specializing in defending school districts to join our dynamic legal team. With a demonstrated track record of excellence and a minimum of 10 years dedicated to school district defense, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal counsel and representation.Key Responsibilities:Legal Expertise: Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation to school districts in employment-related matters, including but not limited to discrimination claims, wrongful termination, and labor disputes.Litigation Management: Manage all aspects of litigation, from initial case assessment through discovery, motions, trials, and appeals.Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations affecting school districts.Client Counseling: Offer strategic guidance and counseling to clients on employment policies, procedures, and best practices.Negotiation Skills: Skillfully negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of school districts to achieve favorable outcomes.Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services to clients.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in good standing with the state Bar.Minimum of 10 years of experience focused on defending school districts in employment law matters.Proven track record of successful case outcomes and client satisfaction.Strong analytical, communication, and advocacy skills.Salary Range: $200,000 - $275,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.If you are ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role as an Employment Attorney specializing in school district defense, please submit your resume and cover letter to or contact us at 605-403-5177.
