The Senior PM/PMO is expected to provide project management support for the program by: • Preparing concise Market activity/progress reports adjusted to the audience • Providing checks and challenges on activity/progress reports by other functions • Utilizing best practice PMO methodology (e.g., maintain plans, risk and issues, etc.) that fit stakeholders" needs • Driving end results of the project as a representative of Markets • Facilitating remediation-related engagement with the Markets product lines • Proactively tracking project progress against goals • Possessing the knowledge, skills, and experience to be able to recognize when problems surface or potential problems are looming • Clearly articulating problems, bringing the right people together to solve problems, and knowing when they have been properly addressed and closed • Promoting partner involvement through effectively communicating project status across a varied set of stakeholders • Defining, teaching, and enforcing the use of good project management practices (i.e., resolving complex, interdependent activities into tasks and sub-tasks that are documented, monitored, and controlled) Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
