Review and improve accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency. Handle month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE SENIOR ACCOUNTANT: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality, event planning, or a related industry.
