The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will play a critical role in driving our sales efforts by identifying and qualifying potential customers, following up on leads, and managing the purchase journey for new and existing NetApp clients. You will need to develop a deep understanding of the problems that our customers face, how DII can solve them, and how to communicate this value to prospective customers. Your success will depend on your ability to quickly establish credibility with a technical audience, maintain active inbound and outbound communications with prospects using creative follow-up tactics, including personalized email, cold calling, and social selling. Job Requirements• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Sales and Marketing to meet pipeline goals and ensure effective collaboration. • Ensure timely follow-up on marketing qualified leads (MQL"s) to qualify them based on pre-defined criteria to determine their fit and readiness for our sales process.• Generate sales qualified leads (SQL"s) from net new and existing accounts.• Communicate the value of NetApp Data Infrastructure Insights to enterprise-level decision-makers.• Schedule initial meetings for our Sales team with qualified leads/accounts.• Collaborate closely with sellers, providing them with detailed lead information and helping to ensure productive and successful demos.• Work closely with Account Managers, SE"s, Channel Resell Partners, and Sellers to maximize lead generating events in your designated territory.• Identify new business opportunities by creating and implementing territory campaigns leveraging partner Eco system.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce. Keep accounts, contacts, and leads updated, ensure all follow up interactions are documented (online chat, phone calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, etc.)• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics while continuously improving processes and outreach methods.EducationProven 2-4 years of experience as an ISR, ideally within the SaaS industry.Experience with enterprise-level prospecting and generating sales opportunities.Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.Comfortable using CRM systems, sales automation tools, Salesloft, and other technology platforms.The ability to work independently and self-motivate, especially in a remote setting.BS Degree or equivalent or accomplished related professional exp is desiredCompensation:The target salary range for this position is Missing Pay Range. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings" (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU"s).
