Associate Attorney - Commercial/Business Litigation CA

Our well-regarded and well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Litigation Department (with an emphasis on Business Litigation and real estate). Candidate should have 4 -7 years of litigation practice experience and an active California Bar license. There is some flexibility regarding a hybrid schedule.The candidate should be a driven team player with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, possess a strong academic background, and exceptional research skills. The candidate should be detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic.The position allows the associate to work with the firm"s talented litigation partners. For the right person, it will provide the associate with a significant amount of responsibility and opportunities to argue motions, conduct depositions, participate in trials, and other important tasks.The firm offers competitive compensation and a full benefits package.
