Responsibilities of the Accountant: Performs complex, detailed reconciliations of operating and payroll bank accounts to the general ledger Performs other general ledger reconciliations as needed in support of monthly, quarterly and annual closings Calculates and initiates corresponding journal entries Maintains Excel spreadsheets for audit support / inquiries Other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications of the Accountant: Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Accounting 1 to 3 years accounting experience Knowledge of GAAP Proficient in relevant software such as Excel Salary and Benefits: In-office (Wooster, Ohio) Pay range is $55,000 to $60,000 Competitive benefits, collaborative team, great leadership #accounting #growth #nonprofit #development#LI-MS8#ZRCFS#INMAR2025#LI-Onsite
