JOB DESCRIPTIONSTAFF ACCOUNTANT: DETAILSTitle: Staff AccountantLocation: Nashville TN (Metro Center)Start Date: ASAPPay Rate: $25-32/hourType: Contract to HireHours: 8am-5pm | Monday - Friday | 40 hours per weekREQUIREMENTS: STAFF ACCOUNTANTAS Degree in Accounting1+ years of recent accounting experienceRESPONSIBILITIES: STAFF ACCOUNTANTEnsure proper day-to-day operations of the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams.Directing accounting functions in accordance with established guidelines set forth in the management agreements, accounting principles and company policies.Direct, develop and oversee daily responsibilities for the Billing, Receivables, Collections and Payables team members.Oversee the process of customer billings for all business segments such as Monthly Assessments, Special Assessments, Homeowner Statements accurately and in a timely fashion.Review and manage delinquency process and assist and manage setup, deliverables and reporting concerning collections.Month end closing of the general ledger & financial preparation for multiple entities.Conduct research on any outstanding or unexplained items.Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
