They are seeking a Payroll Specialist to support more than 800 employees in multiple states. They love investing in their employees and are passionate about professional development! Overview of the Payroll Specialist Responsibilities: Review, verify, and process vendor invoices Manage end-to-end payroll processing for more than 800 employees biweekly and monthly Oversee payroll for multiple states and jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations Review and ensure the correct application of employee deductions (taxes, benefits, garnishments, etc) Enter and maintain the confidentiality and integrity of employee information in the payroll system Manage and configure the payroll system for open enrollment Preferred Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist: Five years of prior experience processing payroll, preferably for multiple locations Thorough knowledge of US, federal, state, and local tax regulations Strong attention to detail Proficiency with a major payroll software Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines Location: This role is 100% onsite in Goshen, IN Salary: $50,665 - $65,000 depending on experienceClick here to apply online
