Key Responsibilities: Loan Processing: Review and process loan applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate for approval. Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to gather necessary loan documents, explain loan terms, and provide updates on the status of their applications. Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all loans are processed in compliance with company policies, regulations, and legal requirements. Data Entry: Accurately enter loan application data into the system, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping. Loan Disbursement: Coordinate and facilitate the timely disbursement of loan funds to approved applicants. Customer Account Review: Regularly review loan accounts to monitor outstanding balances and assist customers with inquiries. Preferred Qualifications: Experience: At least 1 year of experience in loan processing, lending, or a related administrative role. Loan Knowledge: Strong understanding of loan documentation, processing procedures, and compliance regulations. Communication Skills: Comfortable interacting with customers to explain loan details and address concerns over the phone and email.
