Key Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant Assist with the month end close; JE's, Account Reconciliations, Bank reconciliations, etc. Analysis of financial statements Prepare balance sheet and P&L statements Assist in the budgeting process Involved in continuous improvement projects Additional duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications of the Staff Accountant role BS Accounting, Finance or related 2+ years accounting experience within a healthcare environment Grant writing/reporting a plus Strong Excel skills #StaffAccountant#StaffAccountant
