Interim Chief Financial Officer MI

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Location: Holland, MICompensation: $250,000 - $300,000 annualSchedule: Onsite, 7 AM - 5 PM (additional overtime as needed) Key Responsibilities Oversee accounting, finance, and internal controls to ensure financial integrity. Lead and rebuild the finance team (AP, AR, payroll, tax) as the company transitions to Michigan. Analyze and improve financial processes, identifying areas for optimization. Collaborate with shareholders to understand financial models and provide insights. Instill confidence in new investors, ensuring transparency in financial operations. Review unaudited financials and prepare for an upcoming audit. Ensure execution of purchase orders and payments, aligning supply chain needs with financial processes. Manage and oversee capital budgeting and financial forecasting. Work closely with the executive team to drive business strategy and decision-making. QualificationsMust Haves: Manufacturing industry experience required. Previous experience as a CFO or Divisional Controller - must be able to lead at the highest level. Strong understanding of financial statements, income sheets, and financial modeling. Advanced Excel skills - must be comfortable working with complex financial spreadsheets. Strategic mindset with the ability to debate, problem-solve, and challenge assumptions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, adapting quickly to change.
