Job Title: Onboarding & Compliance Specialist Location: Fully Remote (must reside DFW, Houston, College Station, Waco, or Temple regions) Pay: $24/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST Job Description: Assist new hires with pre-employment activities (e.g., background checks, drug testing, licensure verification, employee health screenings, I-9 completion). Ensure pre-employment activities are completed in a timely manner. Perform quality data reviews of new hire information in HR systems and resolve discrepancies. Schedule new hires for orientation and coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams for a seamless handoff. Notify hiring managers and recruiters if a new hire fails pre-employment activities. Oversee renewal processes for required licenses and certifications, ensuring compliance with expiration dates. Receive, route, and resolve HR inquiries within assigned areas, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions. Collaborate with HR teams, Shared Service Center (SSC), and third parties for issue resolution. Accurately enter and manage HR data in various systems, including PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud, and ServiceNow. Participate in system testing and provide feedback on system functionality and enhancements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policies and procedures. Identify trends and provide recommendations for process improvements. Requirements: Experience with onboarding, compliance, and recruiting. ServiceNow, PeopleSoft, and Oracle Cloud experience preferred. Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service skills and ability to collaborate across teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
