Job Description: The Field Service Technician is responsible for servicing, repairing, and installing customer equipment either on-site or in-house. This role involves various aspects of field support, including troubleshooting, system upgrades, and preventive maintenance. The position level (Associate, Level I, Senior, etc.) will be determined based on operational needs and candidate qualifications. Key Responsibilities: Perform troubleshooting and repair of electronic equipment, systems, and wiring. Install, upgrade, modify, and program equipment as required. Conduct preventive maintenance actions to ensure system reliability. Maintain accurate documentation of service and repair activities. Provide technical support and guidance to customers as needed. Ensure compliance with company and industry safety standards.Qualifications & Skills: Experience in servicing and repairing electronic systems and equipment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
