Responsibilities of the Accounting Assistant: Maintain accounts payable, including overseeing the distribution of invoices to appropriate department heads and properly coding invoices Act as the point of contact for vendors to review account status and other inquiries Prepare, review and enter payroll accounting entries Analyze payroll variances and provide reporting support Assist with month end financial reports and regulatory reporting Deposit checks Preferred Qualifications of the Accounting Assistant: Bachelor's degree in Accounting 2-3 years' experience in accounting or finance Experience in the healthcare field a plus The Accounting Assistant role is fully onsite in Dover, OH with a pay of $17 - $19 per hour.
