Plus, quarterly company dinners Career Growth & Stability - Work closely with leadership in a rapidly growing company What You'll Do Month-End Close - Prepare journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and generate financial statements Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable - Process invoices and payments, manage AR aging reports, oversee cash applications, and transition AP/AR to a centralized function Cash & Banking - Conduct cash reconciliations and analysis, manage banking relationships, oversee debt financing and cash management Payroll & Benefits - Enter payroll data into Paychex, administer 401(k) contributions, assist with Paychex integration into QuickBooks Tax & Compliance - Ensure payroll and business taxes are paid in coordination with CPA firm, serve as liaison between company and tax advisors What You Need 3+ years of accounting experience - including month-end close, reconciliations, and cash management QuickBooks & Paychex experience preferred Strong AP/AR knowledge and ability to centralize functions across multiple entities Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset - must be adaptable and willing to take on multiple responsibilities Good tenure and stability in previous roles Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA or CPA candidate Experience with debt financing & banking relationships Public accounting experience is a plus This is a unique opportunity to join a company with strong financial growth, a supportive culture, and a leadership team that values your contributions.
