Model Home Consultant / Admin Support - 20/hourASSIGNMENT DATES: Thursday 3/6 and Friday 3/7 from 9 AM - 6 PMOpen and Close the Sales CenterMust be able to answer general questions from customers and Realtors or know who to call for necessary informationProvide customer service by greeting all visitors and dispensing information on the company, product and neighborhood in a professional manner. This includes completing a Prospect Registration CardAssemble collateral handoutsRelay any messages or important information to the Sales ConsultantMust be able to work weekends and holidaysAttend in-office meetings, collaborate face-to-face with co-workers, and be present and available for other office-related projects or tasks on a punctual, regular, and predictable basisWork Environment: This job operates at property sites and in an office. Work at property sites is performed daily and typically involves standing and walking for a majority of the day.
