Junior Accountant About the Organization- Junior Accountant CFS NY is working with a Real Estate organization looking for a Junior Accountant to join their team They have residential and commercial properties located across the US Perfect role for someone to get their foot in the door at a great organization 100% paid medical, dental and vision after 3 months Monthly company breakfasts and lunches This role is located in The Flatiron District in Manhattan Role Responsibilities- Junior Accountant Perform accounting operations, including Billing, A/R, A/P, General Ledger Maintenance, and Budget Variance Analysis Reconcile Bank Account and Prepare monthly financial statements Input new leases, update extensions and prepare monthly billing in Yardi Coordinate with CPA for audit and year end tax filing Preferred Qualifications- Junior Accountant BA in Accounting, Business or Finance Experience with QuickBooks or Yardi is a plus #LI-RP2#INJUL2024
