We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. In this dynamic role, you'll be the go-to person for managing customer-specific requests related to the inspection and service of fire protection systems, while helping drive the success of our Service & Inspection department!As the primary point of contact for customers, you'll ensure that inspections and services are completed efficiently, keeping customers satisfied and compliant with all required guidelines.
