Accounting Manager  Location: (On-site) Centennialï¼ Employment Type: Full-timeï° Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 (based on experience) What You'll Do Financial Oversight & Compliance Establish and manage effective accounting processes to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Prepare and review financial reports to maintain accuracy and adherence to accounting standards. Serve as the main liaison with external auditors, providing required documentation and financial insights. Assist in developing budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial plans. Operational Efficiency & Analysis Monitor financial systems and manage budgets to support business goals. Analyze financial data to guide decision-making on capital investments, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline processes and improve performance. Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team, promoting growth and accountability. Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive feedback to encourage professional development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial operations with business objectives. What We're Looking For Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration. Experience: Minimum of 10 years in accounting, with leadership experience. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of internal controls, accounting principles, and financial software. Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to manage teams, communicate effectively, and drive results.
