About the Company and Opportunity: Our client is a well-established professional services firm operating in the DC Metro area for over 15 years Employees describe this employer as "a great place to work with smart staff that cares about their responsibilities and customers" Supportive management that welcomes suggestions Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pmResponsibilities: Accounting Clerk will support payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and month end closing Accounting Clerk will be supporting DoD contracts Accounting Clerk will be responsible for timesheets (data entry into Costpoint) Accounting Clerk will ensure successful payroll upload into ADP Accounting Clerk will assist with accounts payable (entering vouchers) Accounting Clerk will assist with administrative office work (filing and scanning) Accounting Clerk will complete ad hoc tasks and projects, as requested Requirements: US Citizenship required - role will be working with US Government related clients 3+ years accounting experience Comfortable utilizing MS Office Suite Previous ADP experience is a plus but NOT required Previous government contracting or Deltek Costpoint experience is a plus but NOT required Personality Fit: Eager to learn Quick learner Driven Strong written and verbal communication skills Takes accountability Personable, team player Strong attention to detail Qualified candidates please email your resume for immediate consideration Qualified candidates please submit your resume for immediate consideration for this exciting job opportunity! #CBMAR2024
