Our client, a growing CPG company, is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead their accounting and finance operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all accounting functions, including financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls. Manage and mentor accounting staff, fostering a high-performance team. Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations. Drive process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred. [X+] years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including management experience.
