Ensure accuracy of payment templates and wire instructions, monitor bank balances. Maintain "late payment" tracker and collaborate with departments to resolve issues. Handle vendor payment inquiries, reconcile statements, and resolve complex AP/IT tickets. Lead AP month-end close, reconcile AP subledger, bank accounts, and intercompany transactions. Maintain AP subledger accuracy, process prepayments, currency translations, and write-offs. Assist with new supplier onboarding by providing compliance documents. Key Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Analyst Experience as an Accounts Payable Analyst or similar role. Proficiency in accounting software, Oracle preferred. Strong account reconciliation, time management, and organizational skills. Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
