This role requires a professional who can manage financial transactions, human resources duties, and general office administration efficiently. Handle bill payments and monitor company expenses. Post and reconcile checks and other financial transactions. Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting as needed. Manage employee onboarding, including new hire paperwork, background checks, and orientation. Conduct background screenings and ensure compliance with company policies. Oversee timecard validation, ensuring accurate employee work hours before payroll processing. Process payroll, including deductions, benefits, and compliance with state and federal regulations. Maintain employee records and handle confidential HR documentation. Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations and administrative tasks. Maintain office efficiency by organizing files, managing supplies, and overseeing vendor relationships. Support leadership with ad hoc projects and administrative duties. Office Manager's Qualification: Experience in an office management, bookkeeping, or HR related role QuickBooks Online Experience Preferred ADP Experience Preferred Salary: $50,000-$65,000
