Salary range 50k-60k based off experience. Top Responsibilities: Payroll Clerk Responsible for all aspects of payroll processing for employees working in multiple states. Process employee withholding tax changes, garnishments and tax levies. Review payrolls to ensure compliance. Provide great customer service to internal customers (employees) Conduct union benefit reports for multiple unions. Ensure proper maintenance of payroll records. Perform other duties as assigned by Office Manager Experience Preferred: Payroll Clerk 1+ year of payroll experience Associates Degree in Accounting Preferred Must be self-motivated, driven and have the ability to multi-task. Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suites (excel, word, and outlook) Will need to work a few hours on a holiday weekend as needed Willing to work some OT as needed. #ZRCFS
