We are seeking two Job Captains to join a top-tier full-service community design firm with six offices throughout the United States. This award-winning National Design Firm specializes in production housing for both single-family and multi-family builders across the country. As a member of this team, you will play a vital role in the design and production process, contributing to a range of exciting residential projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee design teams to ensure timely and efficient project completion.Draft and review architectural drawings for residential production housing.Maintain consistent quality across production sets while managing multiple project timelines.Utilize AutoCAD to create and update drawings, ensuring adherence to company standards.Collaborate with architects, project managers, and clients for smooth project execution.Troubleshoot and solve any AutoCAD software issues, including setting up templates across offices.Handle project documentation, revisions, and maintain project records.RequirementsMinimum of a 2-year design degree5 years minimum experience in residential production housingProficiency in AutoCAD 2013 or laterAbility to solve AutoCAD software issues and set up templates across multiple offices (preferred)Strong drafting skills are essential for this positionExceptional communication and collaboration skillsWhy Join Us?This company values its employees and offers a positive work culture with excellent benefits, including end-of-year bonuses and employee tenure appreciation.
