Landfill Operations & Collections ManagerLocation: West VirginiaOur client is seeking a Landfill Operations & Collections Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and drive efficiency at their landfill site. This leadership role requires a strong background in landfill operations, compliance, and team management.Key Responsibilities:Lead site operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with all regulations.Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and cost control.Supervise staff, train employees, and ensure proper workflow management.Oversee maintenance and compliance for all site equipment and infrastructure.Maintain all permitting and regulatory compliance, ensuring 100 percent adherence.Monitor and report key operational metrics, focusing on continuous improvement.Ensure safe and timely waste collection, disposal, and recycling operations.Drive a culture of safety and environmental responsibility among all employees.Qualifications:Bachelor"s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.Ten or more years of landfill operations and management experience.Strong leadership skills with experience supervising large teams.In-depth knowledge of landfill permitting, compliance, and reporting.Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.Ability to scale operations efficiently while maintaining regulatory compliance.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Why Join?This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the waste and environmental services industry.
