Director of Finance About the Company and Opportunity: CFS is working with a great company to identify a hands-on Director of Finance! The Director of Finance reports to the president, and the role requires no travel! This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader to shape the future of a company with an entrepreneurial environment, while being backed by long-standing and involved ownership! Overview of the Director of Finance Role: Manage staff of seven in the accounting and finance department, oversee all finance, accounting, and tax functions Direct month-end close: prepare balance sheet schedules, general ledger reconciliations and accruals, and financial reporting package Direct year-end close: coordinate audit, create detailed budget, prepare financial statements, variance analysis, and monitor KPIs Prepare cash flow forecasts and detailed cost standards Preferred Qualifications for the Director of Finance role: Seven years of prior experience in a senior accounting or finance role Accounting/finance experience in a manufacturing or foundry environment Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems Experience with ERP implementation Demonstrated leadership ability and supervisory experience Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities Location: This role is 100% onsite in Mishawaka, IN Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 depending on experienceClick here to apply online
