International Tax Director - Join a Growing Global Tax Department! We are seeking an experienced International Tax Director to lead our international tax planning function. Reporting to the Senior Tax Director, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting global tax planning, transfer pricing, international compliance, tax accounting, and M&A activities. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior leaders to identify tax planning opportunities and strategic initiatives. Analyze global tax impacts, including GILTI, SubF, and repatriation initiatives. Work with cross-functional teams to address complex tax issues across the business. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and provide support for quarterly and annual tax provisions. Research and stay up-to-date on tax law changes, including new global tax rules like Pillar 2. Lead and develop a team of direct reports, including interns and tax analysts. What We're Looking For: 10+ years of experience in global income tax reporting, with at least 5 years of supervisory experience. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. knowledge of tax reporting systems (e.g., Hyperion, OneStream) and technology solutions (e.g., Corptax) is a plus. Manufacturing experience is a plus A CPA is preferred; a Master's in Tax is also a plus. Compensation & Benefits: Salary range: $150,000 - $190,000, based on experience and location.
