High-visibility position Strong work/life balance Opportunity to contribute to a growing team Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant: Oversee AP/AR functions and ensure accurate posting of debits and credits Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts Process payroll for 300 employees, including deductions, taxes, and reporting Support month-end close by preparing accruals and journal entries Prepare and review financial statements and client invoices Conduct weekly payroll processing, ensuring compliance and accuracy Manage vendor payments with timely processing Perform payroll-related reconciliations and audit payroll data for compliance Assist with quarterly and annual tax filings related to payroll Support additional general accounting tasks, including balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Accountant Role: 2+ years of experience in payroll processing and general accounting Strong knowledge of debits, credits, and general ledger functions Highly detail-oriented with excellent accuracy Able to prioritize and multitask in a deadline-driven environment Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
