What the AR/Bookkeeper will do: Manage full-cycle accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections. Reconcile customer accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve billing issues promptly. Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely payments. Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer communications. Collaborate with internal teams to improve invoicing processes and optimize cash flow. Assist with month-end closing tasks, including reporting and account reconciliations. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
