What You'll Do: Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) for three locations. The Accounting Specialist will prepare and record journal entries and assist with month-end tasks. Code, post, and reconcile credit card transactions. Generate routine financial reports for multiple sites. The Accounting Specialist will process purchase orders and receipts within the ERP system. Work closely with an outsourced financial partner to ensure smooth workflow. Verify and approve invoices daily. Post non-lockbox AR and cash transactions (ACH, checks, and deposits). Assist with 1099 production and tax filings (local, state, and federal). The Accounting Specialist will manage intercompany transactions and support audit proceedings.
